Vegetarian gallbladder diet reduces the chance that it will create kidney and gall stones. A child that contain large amounts of protein, especially animal, causing greater loss of calcium, oxalate and uric acid. These three substances are the main constituents of kidney stones. Some British scientists have recommended that persons who are subject to the formation of kidney stones to move to a vegetarian diet. Similarly, a diet rich in cholesterol, high intake of fat - a typical meat diet - implicated in gallstone formation.
The study, which was tested 750 women, found that non-vegetarians are twice as likely to get gallstones than vegetarian. Vegetarians are thinner, consume more fiber and less cholesterol, and these factors play a protective role in the prevention of gallstone formation.
